Players need to stick to the daily exercises to ensure they come to pre-season in shape and ready to work.  Doing these

exercises will help limit injury from muscle strains and soreness.

2. Always STRETCH after working out. 

3. Drink plenty of water and stay away from sugary drinks.

4. Eat well and fuel your body for success.

5. Keep a sleep routine to optimize your energy.
